USA Patriot’s Pen Official Release Agreement
Contestant is a person of good moral character and fine citizenship and will continue to act and behave accordingly. Contestant, Contestant’s Parent(s), or Legal Guardian warrants that the contestant has not and will not commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and good behavior, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior or felony convictions. Contestant has not been nor shall participate in any behavior that will reflect unfavorably upon USA Patriot’s Pen, its agents, representatives, sponsors, and/or licenses.
Contestant, Contestant’s Parent(s), or Legal Guardian understands and agrees to the following:
- Application information is true and meets all eligibility requirements of USA Patriot’s Pen and its parent company, America’s Liberty Belle Association, LLC.
- Contestant will be present and will participate at the USA Patriot’s Pen Award Celebration Gala Event. If Contestant cannot fulfill these obligations or is disqualified for any purpose, the title and all prizes shall be forfeited.
- Agree that USA Patriot's Pen, its Directors, Judges, Committees, and Facility are not responsible for any accident, injury, damage, lost, or stolen items and are not responsible for any personal injury incurred in any regard before, during, or after the gala event.
- Understand and agree that judges’ decisions are final and scoring information is private.
- Understand and agree that personal cameras and photography are not permitted at the Gala Event.
- Essay winners can/will make public appearances on behalf of USA Patriot’s Pen Essay Event by invitation of the Executive Director. Any other appearance must be approved by the Executive Director.
- Give permission for essay, photos, and name to be used on promotional items/website, newspaper as deemed advisable by our Executive Director in accordance with rightful and moral usage.
We attest to having read and understood the rules for participation in any of the USA Patriot’s Pen Essay Events, and hereby agree and affirm to abide by the rules hereby set forth; and rules as described in the application; and rules as outlined on the official website: www.USAPatriotsPen.com.
